Placed under a bedside rug, carpet, or doormat, the mat triggers an alert when stepped onideal for bed exit monitoring, stairway protection, or building egress detection. The included wireless transmitter connects directly to the mat lead, sending an instant alarm signal to the Medpage rechargeable 30 channel pager. The pager provides audible and vibration alerts and clearly displays the triggering device ID, making it suitable for multi event monitoring across care environments, homes, or assisted living settings.
