New - SMOKE ALARM FOR DEAF PEOPLE
A new smoke alarm system for deaf people now available uses our multifunction medically approved alarm receiver with powerful vibrating pad and xenon strobe light. The system allows for up to six devices, smoke detectors, medical alarms and units for signalling from door bell, baby monitors, security products and personal healthcare monitors. The bedside alarm unit incorporates software controlled radio signal and product monitoring and can communicate data via the users telephone line for external monitoring. The system is currently in the final stages of type approval testing. As a basic smoke alarm system for domestic or commercial use, any number of smoke alarms can be used with the alarm receiver and can be added to the system at any time. EPILEPTIC SEIZURE MONITOR MODEL ST-1
The ST-1 uses patented technology to monitor a patient with Epilepsy experiencing a seizure while in bed. The method of detection is very different from the current models available in that it will be suitable for all age groups with enhanced seizure type detection. The ST-1 also monitors the users breathing and produces an alarm for cessation of breathing. The monitor features automatic setup for ease of use by the caregiver and user. A one-time procedure is all that is required to set the detection level for the type of bed in use and the weight and size of the user. Seizure detection is very rapid. The monitor can be used with a radio receiver caregiver alarm, or can be connected directly to a telephone line for external tele-medicine monitoring or connection to a commercial nurse call system.
