The EM503B is a practical, easy to use no fuss mobile telephone that can be used on any telephone network. The large keypad and large screen text make the phone ideal for elderly people, people with sight impairment, and those of us who think they can mange without glasses. The built in tracker however, provides some very useful functions.

1. When GPRS tracking is turned on, the phone provides a journey trail that can be viewed on a website (no charges). A simple setup procedure allows update times to be changed from real-time tracking to interval tracking. For example, an update is sent from the phone every 30 seconds or 10 hours. You can set precise update times. This mode provides location accuracy to within 100 Metres.

2. When GSM tracking is enabled, you can request tracking/location details directly from the phone. You simply send a text to the phone requesting location. The phone will send a text message containing mapping co-ordinates and a mapping hyper-link. By using a smart phone or iPhone, you can view the location from a map on your phone.

3. The phone features an SOS button on the back of the phone. When this button is pressed, the primary number receives a location text followed by a voice call from the phone. By accepting the call, the tracker phone hands free function opens to allow two-way conversation.
